When will my order be dispatched?
Between Monday and Friday, we dispatch packages within 48 hours.
Generally speaking, packages are already with recipients within 1-3 days.
Deliveries are carried our quickly and securely with DHL and DPD. If your delivery is delayed for whatever reason, we will of course let you know.


How much does delivery cost?
Deliveries to France, the UK and Italy are free of charge from a total order value of 40 EUR.
A delivery fee of 9.90 EUR applies for a total order value below 40.00 EUR.


How is VAT calculated?
Generally speaking VAT is calculated at 20%. It is possible for businesses and enterprises from Europe to arrange an intra-community supply.
Please contact us where this is the case and inform us of your UID-number.

 

Where is my order?
Customers receive a tracking number after every dispatch which they can use to track the progress of their delivery.


How can I return an item if I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit?
You have a complaint regarding an item you purchased from us? The wrong item was delivered or there is a problem with the item? You don’t like the item? Important: Always contact us first before returning an item. This is the only way we can guarantee that the return will go smoothly and that you will be refunded the item price and the shipping costs.

I have returned an item.How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
We ask you to be patient with us in cases of refunds.
Once the item has been delivered to us by post, it still needs to be closely inspected. In cases of a sound or warranted claim, the refund process will be started immediately. This process usually takes between 5 and 7 working days.

 

Will I receive a refund for the shipping costs of my return?
Important: Always contact us first before returning an item. We will let you know how to proceed. Only this way can we guarantee that the return will go smoothly and that you will be refunded the item price and the shipping costs.

 

Will the car seat covers fit on my seats and on the rear seats?
You can buy seat covers as a complete set, specifically for the front seats or for the rear seats. Whatever you prefer. Information is given with each seat cover as to which models it will fit. Please pay particular close attention as to whether there are any limitations for your model, e.g. only models from construction series 04/2009.
You can fit the leather and leather-look seat covers or protective covers to your seats yourself without the need to go to a garage or consult a specialist. Just make sure you read the instruction manual thoroughly to make sure you do not compromise the functionality of any air bags. All of our genuine leather, artificial leather, and polyester fibre car seat covers have been tested and certified by TÜV and KBA!

 

Will the car seat covers fit on my sports seats?
As there are a variety of different sports seats, we are unfortunately unable to offer an individual solution.
